Julia Kogler

There are people you meet for the first time but it feels like you've known them forever. Julia Kogler is one of those people: completely at ease and with a positivity that is contagious, the mid-thirties woman talks about inquisitiveness, courage and making decisions. For Julia, it has never been about striving to get bigger, higher and further. It's about developing and maintaining what really counts: Family and solidarity.

Julia was a curious child: she has known the carpentry store of the family business from an early age, she already thought the work on the construction sites was exciting back then, and the employees were like family to her. "I grew up together with my younger sister Belinda in Mittersill - we had a great childhood," she remembers with pleasure. "Carpentry has always been part of my life and it was also meant that I would take over the business at some point. But I wanted to see a lot and gain experience before that. To go my own way and advance professionally." This path first led her to Innsbruck, where she is studying law. When asked why Law Studies in particular - which has nothing whatsoever to do with handicrafts - Julia says: "Because you need it in all situations in life! What you learn in the wide-ranging fields of study also accompanies you in everyday life: in finance, at work, at home, in your free time, in business, in the company. In addition, I learned to think in a cross-divisional way," she smiles confidently. She then lived and worked in Salzburg for several years. Thanks to her employment with international companies, she sees a lot of the world.
